Beavertown Brewery

The fit out included adaptation of the existing office area, construction of a new bar area, toilet block and visitors’ entrance. The electrical services installations comprise the following elements:

 Electrical Distribution 

• Install sub main cabling and distribution boards serving the new bar, toilet block and Pickleball court areas.

 Office Space 

• Wired and connected small power outlets where specified and added RCD protection as necessary.
• Relocation of existing and installation of small power and lighting to office areas.
• Relocation of existing and installation of new fire alarm devices to suit the new layout.

 Bar Area 

• Installed new distribution and boards serving the bar area.
• Fitted new cable management.
• Installed new lighting.
• Installed new small power.
• Installed new circuits for HVAC systems.
• Added and tested new Cat6 data network outlets.
• Installed new fire alarm devices to existing system.

 Open Area and Pickleball Court 

• Installation of a new high bay lighting scheme to warehouse ceiling.
• Installation of small power to the perimeter of the area.
