Refurbishment of first and second floor offices of BNP Paribas' Real Estate department. Appointed by the principal contractor via competing tender. The principal contractor has since become a regular client.
Our scope of works included:
- New intelligent lighting and feature lighting installation.
- Reconfiguration of existing Elecktrak underfloor power distribution.
- Installation fo new floor boxes, floor grommets and RCD protected PDUs.
- General small power installation.
- Electrical for mechanical services.
