Working directly for the client on the refurbishment of their new precision engineering manufacturing premises and adjoining sublet offices. 

Our scope of works included: 

• New LED lighting for offices.
• Small power to offices and machinery.
• Installation of feeds for new busbar system.
• Additional distribution board, metering and electrics installation for new kitchen, breakout, WC and shower room.

New lighting and power installation in factory and office areas transformed an empty warehouse space into a bright and flexible work place.
