Appointed by the principal contractor, this project comprised a complete refurbishment of a three floor office space and common areas. Our works included:

1. Isolation, make-safe, and strip out.
2. New LED lighting.
3. New Elektrak and general small power installation.
4. New and replacement distribution boards.
5. Complete Cat6 data cabling installation and testing.
6. Fire alarm modifications.
7. Electrical for mechanical services.

Since the fit out we have maintained an ongoing working relationship with the client.
