A full re-fit of SEGA's UK development office location, made up of open plan desking areas, meeting rooms, play test facilities and breakout areas. 

The finishing and technical specification of this project was highly bespoke, with custom feature lighting, brand-tailored décor and advanced IT infrastructure.

Our works comprised:

1. New small power for desking areas and meeting rooms.
2. Power for breakout and arcade areas.
3. Large format custom feature lighting throughout common areas.
4. Tray and conduit works in open ceilings.
5. Installation and testing of Cat6A data networks for workspace, AV systems, access control, CCTV, room booking, IT build areas, and console store.
6. Installation and testing of OM4 fibre optic network in comms room and console store.
7. Installation of multi-tier Dado trunking with self contained Cat6A network for console store.
8. Adaptation of existing fire alarm system to accommodate new floor layout and meeting pods.
