Appointed by the principal contractor this project had us fit out a large warehouse space to form extensive testing laboratories, open office space, meeting areas and a breakout room. The technical requirements of the testing areas necessitated building multiple custom power poles to provide 110V power, 240V power, network conductivity and earthing points to each work area.

Our scope of works included:

1. Submain distribution.
2. Small power to laboratory test equipment: 110V, 240V and 400V, including emergency safety lockout systems.
3. Installation of two separate Cat 6 structured data cabling installations.
4. Fibre optic spine installation connecting Cat 6 networks.
5. Electrical for mechanical services.
6. New LED panel lighting installation in office areas.
7. Extension of the existing addressable fire alarm system.
