We were appointed by a longstanding client to carry out works on this 12-week Cat B fit out for the new headquarters of MFG. This is the second fit out we have carried out for MFG. The space was designed to facilitate flexible working with ample AV facilities for video conferencing, supported by a robust Cat 6A data network. A broad variety of feature lighting was used for decoration.

Our scope of works included:

1. Reconfiguration of exisiting intelligent lighting and installation of new feature lighting.
2. New underfloor Electrak system providing small power to workstations via floor boxes.
3. Small power for tea points, AV sytems and general use.
4. Electrical for mechanical installation.
5. New distribution boards and associated circuits for the comms room and UPS equipment.
6. EV chargers in the underground car park.
7. Cat A structured data network installation.
8. Access control installation.
9. Video entry installation.
